At DAMI3C, your satisfaction is our priority. We work hard to deliver high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return & refund process.
1) Return Window (7 Days)
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if your item is:

To be eligible, your request must be submitted within the return window and include proof of purchase (order number).

3) Items Not Eligible for Return
To keep the process fair, we may not accept returns for:

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repair, or improper handling

Missing original packaging/accessories or tampered serial numbers (if applicable)

Items returned with significant wear, stains, odors, or physical damage not caused in transit

Free gifts or promotional items (unless defective)

Hygiene-sensitive products: For products such as earphones/earbuds, returns may be refused if the item has been used/worn or if sealed hygiene components (eartips/earpads) have been opened, unless the product is defective or arrived damaged/incorrect

4) How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email support@dami3c.com with:

Our team will reply within 1 business day with the next steps and return instructions.
5) Return Shipping & Costs
Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return:
A) If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged in transit, wrong item, not as described):

We will cover return shipping or provide an alternative solution (replacement/partial refund) depending on the case and your location.
B) If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., ordered the wrong item/changed mind):

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Important: Any customs duties, taxes, and import fees paid are non-refundable and are the customer’s responsibility unless required otherwise by local law.
6) Return Conditions & Inspection
Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a quality inspection.

Please return the product with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging where possible.

If the product is not returned in acceptable condition, we may reduce or decline the refund (where permitted by law).
7) Refunds (Processing Time)
If your return is approved after inspection:

9) Order Cancellations

Once an order has been shipped, handed over to the carrier, or assigned a tracking number, it can no longer be canceled. If the customer no longer wants the item after shipment, the order must follow our standard return process if eligible.

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first at support@dami3c.com. We’re committed to resolving problems quickly and fairly, and we can often provide a faster solution than a payment dispute.

Choose your product → add to cart → checkout → enter shipping details → complete payment. You’ll receive an order confirmation email after the payment is successful.
If your order has not been shipped, handed over to the carrier, or assigned a tracking number, we can help you update or cancel it. Please contact DAMI3C support as soon as possible with your order number.

Contact us immediately with the correct address. If the package has already shipped, we may not be able to change the address, but we’ll try our best to help you contact the carrier.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package, please check your mailbox, front door, porch, parcel locker, building reception, family members, roommates, neighbors, or local post office/carrier.
If the carrier confirms delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout, the order is considered delivered.
DAMI3C is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after carrier-confirmed delivery, but we will assist you in contacting the carrier where possible.
Delivery issues must be reported within 48 hours of the carrier-confirmed delivery date.
International shipments may experience delays due to customs, weather, holidays, or local carrier backlogs. If tracking hasn’t updated for 【7–10 days】, contact us and we’ll investigate.
Products
Dami3c products are sold as brand-new unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page. Each item is inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Most products come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Warranty service may include troubleshooting, repair support, replacement, partial refund, or another reasonable solution depending on the case.
The warranty does not extend the 7-day return/refund window and does not automatically qualify an order for a full refund.
