Shipping & Returns

Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges

Please contact DAMI3C support first and provide your order number and clear photos/video proof. Return or replacement requests submitted after 7 days of delivery may be refused unless required otherwise by applicable law.

Yes. After we confirm the issue, we will offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (processing time may vary by bank/provider).

Orders

Below are some of are common questions about orders

Choose your product → add to cart → checkout → enter shipping details → complete payment. You’ll receive an order confirmation email after the payment is successful.

If your order has not been shipped, handed over to the carrier, or assigned a tracking number, we can help you update or cancel it. Please contact DAMI3C support as soon as possible with your order number.

Once an order has been shipped, handed over to the carrier, or assigned a tracking number, it can no longer be canceled. If you no longer want the item after shipment, the order must follow our standard return process if eligible.

Contact us immediately with the correct address. If the package has already shipped, we may not be able to change the address, but we’ll try our best to help you contact the carrier.

We accept 【credit & debit cards/PayPal/Apple Pay/Shop Pay】.

Please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can’t find it, contact DAMI3C support and we’ll resend it. Make sure your email address is correct at checkout.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package, please check your mailbox, front door, porch, parcel locker, building reception, family members, roommates, neighbors, or local post office/carrier.

If the carrier confirms delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout, the order is considered delivered.

DAMI3C is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after carrier-confirmed delivery, but we will assist you in contacting the carrier where possible.

Delivery issues must be reported within 48 hours of the carrier-confirmed delivery date.

International shipments may experience delays due to customs, weather, holidays, or local carrier backlogs. If tracking hasn’t updated for 【7–10 days】, contact us and we’ll investigate.

Dami3c products are sold as brand-new unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page. Each item is inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Most products come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Warranty service may include troubleshooting, repair support, replacement, partial refund, or another reasonable solution depending on the case.

The warranty does not extend the 7-day return/refund window and does not automatically qualify an order for a full refund.
